RetrofitReady helps Irish homeowners understand what energy upgrades make sense for their home, what SEAI grants are available, and connects them with local contractors.

We use publicly available SEAI data — grant rates, median project costs from 21,764 completed projects, and the official contractor register — to give people a clear, impartial starting point.

How we make money

Contractors pay a monthly subscription to receive enquiries from homeowners in their area. That is our only revenue source.

• - Homeowners never pay anything. Ever.
• - We take no commission on any work carried out.
• - No contractor pays to rank higher in results.
• - Grant information is sourced from SEAI public data only.
