Do I need to be SEAI registered?
No. We list both SEAI-registered and non-registered contractors. SEAI-registered contractors get a verified badge and appear for grant-eligible work. Non-registered contractors appear for general building, maintenance, and non-grant work.
How are leads matched to me?
We match by your business Eircode, the distance you are willing to travel, and the services you offer. If a homeowner in your area needs insulation and you do insulation, they see your listing.
What do homeowners see on my listing?
Your company name, services offered, county coverage, SEAI registration status, and your contact details — phone, WhatsApp, email and website. They can contact you directly.
